Switch Perspective

To proceed with the configuration, switch to the "Integration Configuration" perspective:

Configure Account Type

To accommodate Payment Responsible customers, it is necessary to configure at least one Account Type.

To configure the Account Type, follow these steps:

Select the CASM Account Types.
Click on the + (New) button to create a new Account Type.
Populate the form with the required information.

Configure Customer Segment

Optionally, you can configure a Customer Segment for the purpose of segmenting customers within OCS.io.
