CASM Profiles
OCS.io provides support for creating the Customer, Account, and Subscriber entities through Profiles.
A profile defines the configuration for creating Customers, Accounts, or Subscribers in OCS.io. This configuration includes:

Assignment of a Segment to the entity

Initial State of the entity

Creation of the superior entity (e.g., how an Account will be created for a Subscriber, or how a Customer will be created for an Account)

Assignment of a Billing Cycle to an Account
Profiles play a crucial role in delivering personalized experiences and fostering strong customer relationships. Profiles are not versioned, meaning that the attributes configured for a Profile at the time of entity creation are considered. |
